I was just thinking of Marty And wondering if this is the same Marty I remember back in the Eighties that work a night shift with me at a commodities firm called Index. its been many a year since we last spoke and seeing his picture, I can see a resemblance. If this is one and the same, I have Marty to thank for influencing me to pursue a career in IT.

Marty always brought a cheerful personality to a job, within a dynamic and constantly-changing industry, where good and valuable people could never simply be replaced by technology. Even though I really only knew Marty for a few short years, prior to covid, Marty was always someone who would greet folks in the office every morning with a smile and a laugh. May your eternal spirit continue to shine down upon those you have touched in your most personal and professional life, Marty, for you will be truly missed by many... -Steve/Denise

Dear Marty, each time I saw you, you had a big smile and a genuine hug. We always had great conversations, I will sincerely miss them and you. You are an Angel, an Angel in heaven looking down on Bernadette and your family, guiding them through life. Dear Bernadette, my heart breaks for you and your family. Please accept my deepest sympathy. Love and prayers. Shirley

Marty would always sit right behind me in Advent and Lent during the morning prayes at St Joseph. I sure did miss him this year as his wasn't there as usual, due to his illness. Now I am so sorry to hear he has passed away.

You will be missed my friend. Loved workin with you side by side. You always kept it real. I'll cheers you heartily at the next Blackhawks Stanley Cup Championship win - which will come before your White Sox win it. We'll grind away at work - won't be as fun though. Parts of us died with you my friend. Peace brother. Eternal rest grant unto Marty, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. In the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, Amen
