Goodbye to a truly entertaining friend that always put a smile on my face. The world is a little less bright today but I know you are somewhere making people smile and bringing joy.

I am so sorry to hear of Mike's death. I first met him at the Taste of Italy to celebrate some March birthdays. I remember most his smile, larger than life persona, and welcoming nature. Over the years, any time we would see each other, Mike always made me feel special yet still part of the group. When I finally met his girls, I thought he would burst with pride. His love, attention, and affection were palpable. My deepest condolences to those who are feeling this hole left by Mike's passing. I pray you will continue to reach out and carry each other moving forward. To find balance in life is tricky and support from family and friends is a must. I hope you will soon smile from a fond memory of Mike like I do and exemplify the positives of his life.

My deepest condolences to the Bushong and the D'Andrea families. You may not remember me, but Mike and I went to grade school together at St Paul's from kindergarten through eighth grade Mike and I were very close friends at that time. We lost touch over the years, but I was able to reach out to him recently and we were able to catch up over the phone. I'm very grateful that I got a chance to speak with him and deeply saddened to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with all of Mike's family at this time. Larry DeThomas & Family

Uncle George and I were so saddened to hear of Michael's passing. He was such a loving, sociable man who seemed to genuinely treasure time spent with the aunts and uncles on the extended side of our family. We appreciated being invited to gatherings where he presided at the grill, cooking delicious hamburgers and Italian sausage. We will always remember his zest for life. Keeping the Bushong family in our prayers. Erin and George Roeper

I was so sad to hear of Michael's passing. Michael and I worked together at Verizon for many years; and we would often have long conversations about anything and everything. I considered Michael to be a friend and not just a co worker. I am sorry I cannot attend the service for Michael, but I will be praying for him and his beautiful little girls who he adored!!!
