I worked with Nancy at Columbia for 14 years and she was such a wonderful person - quick witted , kind, and caring. She was our Silver Fox and you could always count on her to liven up your day ! She truly was a special person and well loved by all. You will be missed Nancy Girl!

We are very sorry for your loss. I had the pleasure of working with Nancy for 2 years at Columbia College and my husband Mike much longer. She always had a smile and a laugh. She loved her family dearly and we loved hearing stories of the family gatherings. What a dear person and a great loss. Cherish the memories of her smile and laughs.

Farewell, Nancy. I have such good memories of you making me smile or laugh at work as you rattled off your various catchphrases. The smile you'd flash as we said goodbye for the day heading for the train rides home. Your humorous history lessons. You made coming to work that much more enjoyable. It was such a pleasure working with you and knowing. I will miss you as I'm sure our co workers will as well as your family and loved ones. Rest well. God bless. "Seany" To Nancy's loved ones: She TRULY was one in a million.

'So goodbye to Roseland...How I wish I could stay...To live in the memory...Of your sweet sweet day But every road that we travel has an end...And so time now has come to say farewell old friend...Well goodbye to Roseland I want you to know...Just how much we'll miss you...But we have to let go.' Nancy was one of a kind; smart as a whip, funny as hell, generous to a fault, kind to everyone she met. She loved her Pullman community and knew its history like the back of her hand. My heartfelt condolences to her children and grandchildren. She loved them to pieces.

Nancy was a coworker and friend who kept us on our toes. I worked with her for 10 years. My favorite memories were hearing about her Mad Men -esque days working in downtown Chicago, hearing her funny skits at meetings, having her walk through twice a day while saying hi to each each of us, and looking for her signature - Silver Fox - in cards and emails. She is one of the sweetest and funniest people I've known. My sympathies and prayers to her family and friends.
