Devoted “Boppi” of Stephanie (Michael) Payne, Chloe, Jacob, Noah, and Delilah Armstrong-Rolenc. Great “Boppi” of Felix, Louis Randall, Zachary, and Genevieve. Son of the late Stella nee Price and Troy Armstrong. Brother of the late LouVada “Jean” and Reginald “Gary” Armstrong. Brother-in-law of Josephine Abate, Annette (William) Mucha, and Louis (Carol) Abate. Beloved uncle and friend of many.
