Graduate of Thornton Community High School, Thornton Junior College receiving his Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. United States Army Korean War Veteran. Started his Civil Engineering Career at the Army Corp of Engineers and retiring after 30 years of service from The Environmental Protection Agency “E.P.A.”. Husband for 53 years of the late Inez nee Valente. Father of Carol (Frank) Klimkowski, Mary Lou (Dan) Roche, Jim (Matilde) Manzardo, and Robert (Laurie) Manzardo. Grandfather of Jason and Bradley (Michelle) Klimkowski, James (Chelsea), Michael, Dominic and Samuel Roche, Alec, John, Christopher, Nicholas and the late Gabriella Manzardo. Great grandfather of Elyse Rae, Genevieve June, and Daniel James. Son of the late Louisa T. nee Manzardo and Domenico A. Manzardo. Resting at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 W 14th Street (US Rt 30, 3 blks E of Western Ave), Chicago Heights on Monday October 24, 2022, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
