Jacquelyn Ann Reynolds nee Bruno. Age 81. Passed away at her home on September 25, 2024 after a long fight with cancer. Lifelong Chicago Heights resident. Graduated from Bloom High School Class of 1960. Received her Associates of Science in Nursing from Prairie State College Class of 1983. After graduation, Jackie worked for a health care agency, was a nurse at St. James Hospital for many years and became an occupational health nurse at the FORD Stamping Plant. She enjoyed reading, wintering in Florida and spending time with her two grandchildren. Wife for 62 years of Ronald “Ron” Reynolds. Mother of Catherine J. (Riccardo Marchi) Reynolds and Melissa (Scott) Van Maldegiam. “Momo” of Alexander and Amelia Van Maldegiam. Daughter of the late Clara nee Spina and John Bruno. Sister of Catherine (John) Sweeney. Aunt to Scott, Shannon (Michael) Deganuti and Kelly (Angel) Morales. Cousin to many Brunos and Spinas. Memorial visitation at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 West 14th Street (US Rt 30, 3 blks E of Western Ave), Chicago Heights on Saturday October 5, 2024 from 2:00 pm until Memorial Service 4:00 pm. Jackie was both a parent & friend to me. While I and many will miss her, I know she will always be present with me in of the well-made memories. I am grateful. Her time was well-spent here.
