To all of us who will miss dear Kaytee. Her life was short, but full of joy. We could see that in her eyes, and hear it in her laugh, and now see it in her little Betty, the gift Kaytee left for us. She made my son Joseph a very happy boyfriend, then fiance, husband and finally a proud father. Bernadette and I feel very blessed to have had Kaytee in our life, even for the short time it was. I loved her as my own, and my heart is broken, more so for Betty and Joseph. I was proud to be at the Easter Vigil Mass when she was received into the Catholic faith, and then to witness Kaytee and Joseph taking vows for the sacrament of Marriage, and the Baptism of Betty. So much to say and so few words, it would be like trying to describe a rainbow to a blind man. Although Kaytee had a hard end to this life and we thought she would pull through with all the prayers and how much better she seemed to be, I would not trade having Kaytee in my life in order to avoid the pain that is left. Kaytee, I believe you earned a place in Heaven and hope to see you there some day, God willing. Please pray for us all here so we may meet again one day, and smile on us now and then. May God grant you a peaceful eternity. Love you! Dad.

My heart hurts for the loss of such a beautiful, lovely, gentle, fun, sweet spirited young woman.  Taken from us way too young.  I met Kaytee through her mom, whom I sold a vehicle to, which is one of my sisters best friends, and then, how ironic that I know the Gianotti family from selling them their vehicles.  The world is such a small place when it really comes down to it.  Kaytee would light up a room, as soon as she steps in it - her whole family does, she gets it very honestly. (: My prayers to the Johnston and Gianotti families as they continue on this journey and to have peace in knowing that God has our lives already planned for us, He knows the reasons for everything - and when a young person passes on we have such a hard time trying to understand the why.....this is where Faith comes into the picture, and for us to have comfort in knowing we shall meet again someday.  Sending my thoughts and prayers to you all.  So very sorry. Warm hugs ~ Janet Earley

Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all.    I've known Katyee since she was a little girl.    Her and my niece Dana have been the best of friends since kindergarten.    Kaytee always reminded me of a butterfly, a free spirit who would flap her wings and fly.     A beautiful artist who had the smile of an angel, and, laughter that would make those all around feel good.    It is unbelievable to me that she is gone, and, leaves a wonderful husband, and a beautiful little girl behind.      But I guess God must have needed a ray of sunshine in heaven.

Rest in peace Kaytee, and, now you will be a guardian angel, guiding those left behind, and watching over your baby. Now whenever I see a butterfly flying in the breeze, I will know that for just a few seconds God allowed us a glimpse of you.
