Marie Reithel passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 8, 2023, at the age of 88.
She was a lifelong resident of Chicago Heights, graduate of Bloom High School, and a Real Estate Agent for Prestwick Properties for over 30 years.
Devoted Wife of Dr. David A. Reithel, Sr. Loving Mother of Susan (Dr. Jeffrey) George, Cynthia Reithel, Christopher (Patricia) Reithel, Lisa (Robert) Hibbs, David (Georgia) Reithel Jr, and Dawn Reithel.
Cherished Grandmother of Dr. Jeffrey George, Jr., Ashley Reithel, Adam Reithel, and Michelle Soesby.
Loving Great Grandmother, Beloved Sister, Cherished Aunt, and Loyal Friend.
Marie had a great love for music. She played classical piano and enjoyed singing and listening to her favorite vocalists.
Marie’s family & friends meant the world to her. There was no greater joy in life than spending time with those who were near & dear to her heart. She will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
