Frank E. McKinstery age 65. Chicago Ridge, Glenwood and Riverdale resident formerly of Chicago’s Roseland area.  Mendel Catholic High School graduate. Son of the late Ann nee Cameron and Edward McKinstery. Brother of Rosemary (Jon) Bowman, Thomas (Mary Ann) McKinstery and Noreen McKinstery. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. A memorial visitation will be held at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 W. 14th St (U.S. Rt 30, 3 blks E. of Western Ave), Chicago Heights on Wednesday May 4th from 9:30 AM until time of memorial service at 11:00 AM.
