Theodora M. Bruni nee Shugar, age 88. Lifelong Chicago Heights area resident. Wife for 49 years of the late Alexander J. Bruni. Mother of Karen (James) Rasmussen, Lyn Bruni, Anna Marie Bruni and the late Angela Bruni. Grandmother of Anthony Longo, Joseph (Tori Kavooras) Longo and Max Zoglio. Daughter of the late Anna Manali and Alex Shugar. Sister of the late Sara Willis, Rosalie Siriano and Theodore “Teddy” Shugar. Beloved aunt and dear friend of many. Her giving spirit and love of family and friends fueled her passion for baking & making homemade pizza, her love of music & dancing, and her fondness for Lake Tahoe & a slot machine or two. Memorial visitation at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 W. 14th St. (US Rt. 30, 3 blks E. of Western Ave) Chicago Heights on Saturday morning Dec. 17th from 10:00 AM until time of memorial services at 1:00 PM.
